Tommy Lockett's new album "Jaya" is finally out. The album features Steve Weingart, keyboards,Tom Brechtlein, drums, Scott Gilman, Sax, and Tommy Lockett, bass. The album was recorded in Los Angeles at "The Hobby Shop" recording studio's in 2 days! with one day for fixes. This album is a dedication to the great artist John "Jaya" Swingdler, who was a brother and inspiration to my life. I hope you enjoy the music.

Tommy Lockett recorded a new album with Stanley Sagov, piano, Bob Moses,drums, Stan Strickland,sax, Mike Pipeman, trumpet, and Sean Mannion,percussion. The recording took place at "Futura Productions" Boston, MA, http://www.futuraproductions.com., on August 12 & 13, 2007, the album was recorded live, with over 40 starts! Lot's of music came out of this session, look for release sometime this fall of 2007. I had a blast recording with some dear friends, as well as incredible musicians.

Artist: Tommy Lockett has completed recording his new CD titled, “Opus”, featuring, John Lewis, drums,Steve Weingart, keyboards, Jeff Miley, guitar. Opus was recorded January and Feburary 2006 at Heat Records Recording Studio, Woodland Hills, Ca., and mixed in March. Mastering was done 3-21-06 at Capitol Records, Hollywood, Ca., by Engineer Robert Vosgien.
